We encourage students to go through formal exams as this approach sets targets and goals which encourages further development of their chosen instrument. There are also individual piano lessons available – these cost €15 per student for 30 minutes.
Tuition will be provided per term. Each term will last for 10 weeks.
Fees payable one term in advance.
Fees are non-refundable except where the following applies:
- The class does not run due to lack of demand or non-availability of an appropriate tutor
- The assigned tutor is not in a position to complete the entire tuition term – in which case you will be refunded for the classes not provided
- Music Generation Mayo is unavailable to provide you with a class the matches your level of proficiency
- In very exceptional circumstances, a partial refund may be considered, e.g. in the case of an illness, however circumstances would need to be verified
PLEASE NOTE:
- All classes are subject to a minimum number of students enrolling and the availability of a suitable teacher
- A deposit of €20 is payable on registration/re-enrolment to secure your tuition place
- The remaining balance is payable on the first night of the term, one term in advance
- Students will not be permitted to attend tuition classes unless the full term fee has been paid in advance
